The CoE, via its DEMS, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a number of non-governmental organisations to strengthen collaboration in responding to future disasters, in keeping with the Catastrophe Administration Framework of 2005.
The organisations signing the MoU included the Crimson Cross Gauteng, Meals on Wheels, the Nationwide Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) and Hamnet.
