A 65-year-old man was killed in southwest Edmonton, allegedly by a stranger police stated was appearing suspicious, on Wednesday.
The Edmonton Police Service stated officers responded at 1 p.m. to the Desrochers neighbourhood over stories of somebody appearing suspicious close to 121 Avenue and 35 Avenue SW.

Officers arrived within the southside neighbourhood to discover a 27-year-old man who they confirmed was appearing suspiciously, though police didn’t specify in what means.
