A Washington, D.C., man going through expenses of assault of a federal officer after he allegedly threw a sandwich at a Customs and Border Safety agent throughout a confrontation this week, labored for the Division of Justice on the time, based on Lawyer Normal Pam Bondi.
Sean Charles Dunn faces federal expenses for allegedly throwing a Subway sandwich at a CBP agent who was patrolling with Metro Transit Police in northwest Washington round 11 p.m. on Sunday.

The incident comes amid heightened tensions over federal legislation enforcement presence within the district. Trump not too long ago deployed Nationwide Guard troops in Washington, D.C., declaring a public security emergency and placing the Metropolitan Police Division below partial federal oversight for 30 days.
District Council Member Brooke Pinto, who chairs the Committee on the Judiciary and Public Security, expressed concern concerning the elevated federal presence.
