Mom charged in ATV crash that killed 4-month-old child


A Nova Scotia lady who was driving an all-terrain car that crashed, killing her toddler daughter, is going through costs.

Police stated Thursday that Madisyn Elizabeth Parker, 28, is charged with impaired operation of a conveyance inflicting dying, harmful operation of a conveyance inflicting dying, and inflicting dying by prison negligence, stated RCMP.
