Pilot confirmed useless in small aircraft crash west of Ottawa airport


The pilot of a small plane that crashed in Ottawa close to the airport Thursday night was pronounced useless on the scene, paramedics instructed CBC Friday morning.

Three folks had been aboard the plane, with the crash occurring shortly earlier than 6 p.m. on Thursday within the space of Riverside Drive and West Hunt Membership Street.
