Time is working out for native runners to enter for the Colgate Race on Might 4 on the Boksburg Stadium. The Boksburg Athletic Membership invitations runners of all health ranges and neighborhood members who wish to run their first street race to enter.
The race contains the principle 32km race, a double lapper round Boksburg South, Parkrand, CBD and elements of Boksburg East, in addition to the 15km and 5km enjoyable run.
Twins Carol and Cobie Smith clinched first and second place within the girls’s race whereas Clifford Malatjie clocked 01:50:06 to win the boys’s race eventually 12 months’s occasion.
Qhubeka AC’s Kabelo Mwahla and Gillian Farquharson, previously of Nedbank Working Membership, received the boys’s and ladies’s 15km occasions, whereas Silas Matlou and Trinity Henning clinched the 5km bragging rights.
The entry charge for the 32km is R350 and R250 for the 15km. To run the 5km race, you’ll pay R130 and the primary 7 000 entrants will obtain goodie baggage and a T-shirt.
