A sergeant with 37 years of service with the police drive in Saint John, N.B., has been charged with sexual assault and breaching public belief.
A Saint John Police Drive information launch says it acquired a public grievance in regards to the sergeant on Feb. 20.

4 days later, the drive referred the matter to the Severe Incident Response Staff, the police oversight company for Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
The drive says the sergeant is scheduled to look in court docket subsequent week.
