“Tioga and Broome Counties are at the moment below a harmful flash flood warning,” Hochul wrote, including that extra storms are anticipated to return late Sunday evening.
The Nationwide Climate Service stated a flash flood warning will likely be in impact till 11:30 p.m. for the Newark Valley area.
