A federal court docket in LA has stopped ICE from detaining individuals for deportation as a result of they give the impression of being Latino. The court docket referred to as it unconstitutional racial discrimination. Mark Rosenbaum of Public Counsel will clarify what’s subsequent as the federal government appeals the case.
