Tsakani – Two males, aged 63 and 59, have been arrested by EMPD Jap Area Neighborhood Liaison Unit officers on Might 30 for possession of illicit substances.
“EMPD officers obtained details about illicit substances being bought on Nyanyankulu Road in Ext 8, Tsakani. Upon arriving on the location, officers encountered two aged males counting brown drugs.
“When questioned, the suspects admitted that the 47 brown drugs have been Mandrax. Officers then searched the premises and located a black plastic bag containing 5 smaller packets, every with 100 Mandrax drugs, hidden inside a white Mahindra automobile parked on the gate,” mentioned CoE spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.
Dlamini added that the suspects have been taken to the Tsakane Police Station, the place they have been charged with the possession of illicit substances.
The suspects are anticipated to look earlier than the Tsakane Justice of the Peace’s Courtroom quickly.
